Jan 2026 - July 2026. For a Chinese family of two adults and one 7-year-old child in a four-storey landed property with four bedrooms. Her responsibilities included housekeeping, laundry, ironing, cooking, car washing, and childcare. For childcare, she assisted with his daily hygiene routine, prepared his school essentials, accompanied him to playdates, and attended to his needs. She made grocery list and planned weekly menu, with two dishes and one soup per meal. Grace cooked Chinese, Malay, and Korean cuisine and prepared daily meals for the family such as Hainanese chicken rice, nasi lemak, sweet and sour dishes, Shanghai rice cakes stir-fried with shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, mashed potatoes with salmon, pork congee with century egg, sweet and sour pasta, fried rice, Korean galbi beef ribs, tofu dishes, and fried luffa gourd with prawns. And also made soups, including ABC soup, lotus root soup, bak kut teh, and laksa. She cannot fit in with employer's household and requested transfer.
