She would prepare 2 dish and a soup, one meat or fish and vegetable, kids would usually have their porridge or noodles. Her employer's wife would eat meat. She cooked Chinese food. She left due to a personal family emergency.

Oct 2019 to Jun 2021. For a German - Swiss family in a 5-bedroom 4 story landed house. The household consisted of 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8. Her responsibilities included childcare, preparing the children’s daily school essentials, accompanying them to tuition and playdates, and supervising them during outdoor activities. She also handled household chores, including cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, and meal planning. She left the position when the employer relocated.

Apr 2017 to Oct 2019. For a Chinese family of 4 children aged 3, 12, 17, and 19 in a 3-bedroom condo. She prepared Chinese and Western dishes, typically 2–3 dishes with soup per meal, including ABC soup, lotus root soup, Japanese curry, sweet and sour dishes, stir-fried noodles, braised pork, chicken rice, and steamed fish, meat, and vegetables. She completed her contract with the family.

Mar 2005 to Mar 2007. Abu Dhabi, U. A. E. For an Arab family of 12, in a 7-bedroom, 3-storey landed property with 10 children, 6 of which were adults and 4 children ages 14,13,10,8. The adult children would come once a week. Tasks were shared to other 2 helpers. Her main responsibility was to cook and help in ironing when possible. She cooked Western and Middle Eastern for family like lasagna, pizza, burgers, baked fish, tabbouleh, machboos, molokhia, biryani, gimat, kuboos, bechamel-based dishes. She finished her contract.

Bernice can baked vanilla, banana, chiffon cakes and tiramisu, muffins, and donuts. She can follow recipe and cooks Chinese, Mid-Eastern and Western dishes like steak, pasta, fish and chips, curry, sweet and sour dishes, stir-fried noodles, fried rice, chili crab, braised pork, chicken rice, char kway teow, congee, tofu dishes, and steamed fish or meat and steamed vegetables.
