Her duties included housekeeping, cooking, newborn and childcare, car washing, and gardening. She grew vegetables and fruits such as okra, squash, watermelon, and melon, and washed the family car. She learned to prepare Middle Eastern dishes such as molokhia, maqluba, biryani, falafel, samosa, and waraq enab, as well as Western dishes including pasta, fried chicken, and pizza. She completed her contract.

Jul 2015 to Sep 2021. Philippines. For elderly 76-year-old female, in a 2-bedroom landed house. Her responsibilities included cleaning, laundry, ironing, and caring for the family dog. For the elderly, assisting her with daily activities, accompanied to the market and grocery shopping, assisted with meal preparation, give her medication, and takes her to medical appointments. She prepared a variety of Filipino dishes, including sour soup, adobo, taro leaves cooked in coconut milk, spicy crab or fish in coconut milk, chicken stew, and stir-fried vegetables, as well as other meals requested. She left as her services were no longer required.
