Myrna has over 7 years of experience in domestic work, including 3 years in Singapore and the Middle East. She has worked in both a Chinese household and an Arab household in a landed property, where her responsibilities included caring for children and infants. Her experience also covers general housework, car washing, gardening, and cooking Chinese cuisine.

Feb 2023 to Present. For a Chinese family in a 5-bedroom, 3-story landed house. The household consisted of 5 adults and 2 children, aged 9 and 4. Her main duties included cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, cooking and childcare. She prepared three dishes per meal: one vegetable dish, one soup, and one meat, fish, or tofu dish. Her soup included ABC soup, lotus root soup, apple soup, and chicken soup, and dishes like bak kut teh, laksa, popiah, kangkung belican, bee hoon, buttered garlic shrimp, chicken rice, char kway teow, nasi lemak, tofu dishes, steamed fish, and Hokkien mee. In addition, she also prepares dishes requested by her employer and follow recipes online.

Feb 2019 to Apr 2023. Myrna also worked in Saudi Arabia for a couple in a 2-storey, 7-bedroom landed house, alongside 2 other helpers. Her main focus was caring for a 5-month-old infant, including feeding, bathing, playtime, changing diapers, and putting the baby to sleep. She also helped with cleaning when necessary. She completed her contract.
