Hnin Wai Zar Aung is a 34-year-old single Myanmar national and a practicing Buddhist. She has completed high school and communicates in basic English. Friendly and pleasant in demeanor, she presents herself with a warm smile. She holds a clean medical record and maintains a tidy appearance, complemented by her medium build.

In her current employment, she cares for two children - a girl from newborn to 2 years old, and a boy from age 2 to 4. Her duties include preparing them for school, walking them to and from school, and providing structured after-school care activities. She shares a room with the children and attends to them during frequent night awakenings.

She cared for 86-year-old infirm elderly ah mah, assisting with dressing, showering, toileting, feeding, and medication. She provided walking support to prevent falls and accompanied her for hospital visits.
