Brenda can plan the meals but would ask her lady employer what they wish to have and can prepare meals like rasam, rajma chole, palak paneer, chana, stir fry brinjal with urad, dal, poha, paneer bhurji, dosa, idli, chapati, tomato chutney, pumpkin poori, paratha with some onions, matar paneer.  

July 2024 to Jan 2025 for a Chinese family with 5y twins living in a 3 storey house with their 2 cats and 4 small dogs. She also managed the cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking. Brenda would prepare 3-4 dishes for dinner like steamed fish, stir fry vegetables with meat, soup ( chicken soup, bakuteh, pork ribs soup etc), beehoon, braised pork, pan fry salmon with vegetables, fried rice, pasta carbonara or pesto or pumpkin pasta (pureed pumpkin as sauce). Her employers were undergoing a separation and she asked to leave.  

Sept 2022 to June 2024 for an Indian family with a then 7y  son living in a 4 bedroom condo.   Her duties were to cook, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing and cleaning.   She prepare meals like chicken pulao, mutton /chicken /curry, mutton keema, roti ,aloo paratha, dal, idli, sambhar, upma, fish/egg curry etc. Brenda was released early as the family will not be needing a helper for a couple of months.  

November 2019 to Sept 2022  for an Indian family who lived in a condo with their 2 daughters then aged 11y & 17 when she started work. Her duties were mainly meal preparation for the family as the children are independent,  general housework and cooking,. Brenda has learned to make Indian food like paneer, curried vegetables, yogurt, chutney, idli, rajma, chana dal, aloo prata, chapati, sambar, potato curry, vegetarian pizza etc. She also does the grocery or making the list , cleaning up, laundry, ironing and sometimes washing car.  The family relocated to Canada thus she transferred.

Sept 2019 to Nov 2019  for a Chinese family mainly cooking and housekeeping of her employer's landed property. There was just 2 adults at home including an old lady but they were not getting along.
