She maintained a clean environment in a house with four large bedrooms, did dishwashing, the laundry, ironed clothes, changed linens, and managed cooking duties. She cooked Arabic dishes such as kabuli, biryani, meat masala, fish masala, shurba, chapati, shuwa, laban and western food like baked potato, cheese bread and cinnamon rolls. Additionally, she cooks traditional filipino foods, like adobo, sinigang, paksiw, pinakbet, pancit beejon, dinuguan, and ginataang fish or meat.
