Rachel Mendoza is a 35-year-old Filipino domestic helper with Middle East experience in housekeeping and childcare. Her main responsibilities included cleaning the house, doing laundry, ironing clothes, mopping and tidying the entire house. Rachel was the only helper and was tasks to childcare duties as well.  

Rachel assisted them in their daily hygiene routine, specially the boy-twin who still needs help to be toilet trained. She would also prepare their lunchboxes for school and pack snacks. Her employer's wife would personally cook meals and she will be asked to prepare the ingredients, washed and cut vegetables, fish or mutton. But mostly they would order take out foods. She can also prepare Filipino dishes like caldereta, humba, adobo, sinigang, pancit beejon, spring roll, sweet and sour fish or pork, chopsuey, and for dessert, moron, biko, maja blanca. She can cook other menu following recipes as well.   She left the position in Saudi Arabia due to unfit lifestyle circumstances.

She is a High School graduate who can speak and understand English. She was looking after 8-month-old baby. She knows how to change diapers, feed, make baby food, and bathe the baby. She can cook Indonesian food like curry chicken , rendang beef, spaghetti, chicken/ fish chop, stir fry spicy prawn, plain porridge, sweet and sour chicken , sour and spicy fish, chicken / veg soup, sambal squid/ anchovy, fried rice, fried bihun, veg curry, grilled chicken and fish, stir fry sambal akngkung, cap cai, stir fry broccoli, satay chicken , ayam penyet, soto chicken, Her cooking is nice and she willing to learn.

She can speak basic English and she willing to learn.

She can do simple sewing, cycling, and gardening.

Clean worked as a domestic helper in Kuwait for 2 years and 4 months (2022 – 2024). She was the only helper in her employer’s household, taking care of two children (a 5-year-old daughter and a 7-year-old son) while managing various household duties. The family lived in a 2-bedroom, 3-toilet apartment, where she handled childcare, cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and overall household maintenance.
