She looked after the needs of the elder with cancer and provided her support and care. She also performed general household duties such as keeping the house clean, doing the laundry, marketing and cooking.

2. SINGAPORE ( Mar 2006 – Apr 2007 ), She was selected to work for another Chinese family living in a 2-bedroom condominium with a couple with 7 cats. She performed general household duties and tasks that her employer instructs her to do including caring for the cats.

3. CHINA( July 2013 – Nov 2019), She worked for a Chinese family living in a 6-room 3 storey house with a couple and their 6 children, ages 15,13,12,6, 1 and a newborn baby. She cared for the children and also managed the daily household duties. Sometimes she cooks in the absence of the family cook.

Beverly, with more than three years as domestic helper in Singapore and experienced  in general housekeeping, childcare, and cooking.

Nov 2022 - Nov 2023. Singapore. The household comprised two adults and one 12-year-old child. Her primary responsibilities included attending to the child's daily needs, such as preparing requested meals, accompanying him to playdates, organizing his school items, and assisting with his bedtime routine. In addition to childcare, Beverly managed general household duties including housekeeping, menu planning, laundry, ironing, and car washing. She regularly prepared home-cooked family meals consisting of meat or fish, vegetables, and soups. Some of the dishes she frequently cooked included steamed fish or tofu, chicken teriyaki, fried noodles, pork rib soup, stir-fried noodles, lotus root soup, ABC soup, porridge, braised pork, and other preferred meals.  Beverly concluded her employment due to the need for immediate gallstone removal surgery.

Mar 2019 - July 2022.   Saudi Arabia. The household consisted of seven adults and one 3-year-old girl who had recently undergone cochlear implant surgery and was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Beverly was primarily responsible for the child’s care, ensuring her safety, comfort, and overall well-being at all times. When other family members took over childcare duties, Beverly assisted in the kitchen alongside another helper, preparing meals for the family. She also prepare dishes such as chicken saloona, baked macaroni, stir-fried noodles, and shakshuka — a traditional Arabic breakfast dish of poached eggs in spiced tomato sauce. She also baked cupcakes upon request.  Beverly completed her contract.
