Pia Mae worked in a 2-storey house with 5-bedrooms, 5-toilets, 2-kitchen, a garden, garage and living room for a Filipino-Chinese-Canadian family of 9  with a 2- and 80-year-old female with hypertension, and she looked after their welfare, together with a stay-out nurse and 3 co-helpers. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, assist to prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding.

Stayed home, looked after her family welfare and applied to work in Singapore.  

10 months (Jan 2024 – Nov 2024) as a helper in Singapore

Pia Mae worked in a HDB flat with 3-bedrooms, 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a family of 4 with a 2- and 6-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to widen her experience to be a better helper.

Returns home, looks after her family welfare and seek new job opportunities.

Cooking                   

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In Singapore, she prepared and cooked basic Chinese dishes.

Childcare

She is keen to look after children / infants, and she looks after her own since birth.

Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.  In her local experience, she prepared her meals and fed her, administered her medications, assisted in her mobility, provided massages, attended to all her needs.

Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets.  

Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.
