Sep 2023 - Nov 2023 - Malaysia. Ritchel worked for a Chinese family in an 11-bedroom, five-storey house, where she was the sole helper managing a household of  3 adults and childn were 16, 14 and 3. Her duties included childcare, ensuring the youngest child was bathed, fed, and engaged in play, as well as assisting the older children in preparing for school. She also prepared breakfast and packed lunches, often cooking meals like steamed vegetables, fried chicken, congee, and soups—favorites of the children. In addition to general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping, Ritchel was responsible for feeding 3dogs/ 3 birds/ chickens. She also handled car washing for two vehicles and maintained the household and watering/sweeping/weeding the garden.  She was not able to cope with the chores and her employer sent her back.

Aug 2015 to Aug 2017 - Hong Kong. Ritchel worked for a Chinese family in a three-bedroom flat, where she was responsible for caring for their three-year-old child. Her duties included feeding and bathing the child, taking her to school, and fetching her in the afternoon. She prepared meals such as steamed fish, vegetables, soup, and sweet & sour pork, along with packed lunches for school. In addition to childcare, Ritchel managed general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping. Ritchel successfully completed her contract before leaving the position. She can follow a menu book and is skilled in cooking Filipino dishes such as arroz caldo, suman, adobo, grilled chicken or fish, beef stew, spaghetti, and baked macaroni. She is also experienced in baking cupcakes, macaroons, pizza, and cookies.
