After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.

1. Singapore (Aug. 1996 – Dec. 1996), she served a Chinese family living in a 2-story landed house with a 3 adult, 2 elderly ages 60’s and 2 children ages 5 and 3. She worked as an all-around housemaid doing household chores, cooking and taking care of the children needs. She served the family for 4 months.

2. Singapore (Dec. 1996 – Dec. 1998), she served a Chinese Malay family living in a 4-bedroom bungalow with a couple and 2 children ages 17 and 14. She worked as an all-around housemaid doing general housework, cooking, car washing and other house errands as instructed by her employer and other family members. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.

3. Hong kong (2001 – 2003), she was selected to work for a Cantonese family living in an HDB with a couple and 2 children ages 4 and 6. She worked as an all-around housemaid doing general housework and cared for the children. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.

4. Singapore (Dec. 2007 – May 2008), she served a Swiss French family living in a 3-bedroom condominium with a couple and a newborn. She took care of the baby needs and also does the household chores and cooking. She served the family for 5 months.

5. Singapore (May 2008 – Aug. 2009), she served a British Indonesian family living in 6 bedroom landed property with a couple and 2 children ages 3-year-old and a newborn baby. She looks after the children needs and also does the household chores, cooking and taking care of a dog. She served the family for 1 year and 3 months.

She was an all around helper doing all general household chores and attending to the needs of the baby. She served the family for 1 year as her employer’s whole family moved to Turkey .

With her experience, she is proficient in doing household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, dish washing, doing the laundry and ironing.

3) Singapore (Feb 2020 - Sep 2021), she served a Chinese family living in a 3 room HDB with 1 adult, elderly couple both age 60+ and 2 children 7- and 3-year-old. Same as her other employments, she was an all-around maid. She cared for the children and performed household duties. She served the family for 1 year and 7 months.

This applicant can be considered competent in performing household chores such as cleaning and keeping the house in order, laundry and pressing of clothes, wash the dishes, marketing and gardening.

She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
