Florie Mae Clado Garcia is a 28-year-old Filipina from Caramoran, Catanduanes. She is married to a 33-year-old member of the Philippine Army, and together they are raising four children, aged 9, 7, 4, and 2. As a mother of young kids, Florie Mae understands the importance of patience, care, and responsibility—values she applies not only at home but also in her work.

She is the second child among seven siblings—two brothers and four sisters. Her father, 53, works as a driver, while her mother, 46, is a full-time housewife. Florie Mae grew up in a close-knit and hardworking family, which shaped her strong sense of duty and resilience from a young age.

In 2014, she completed her secondary education at Caramoran School of Fisheries. Following that, she enrolled in a course in Hotel and Restaurant Services, studying until her second year. However, she had to put her studies on hold after getting married and starting a family.

PHILIPPINES ( 2015 - 2016 ) Florie Mae’s experience in domestic work when she worked as a stay-in helper and working student for a Filipino family living in a 3-bedroom bungalow. The household included a couple and their 5-year-old child. As an all-around helper, she was responsible for keeping the house clean, doing laundry and ironing, cooking meals, and taking care of the child. She attended school three times a week and ensured her duties at home were done before going to class. This experience gave her early exposure to balancing responsibilities, which she carried into her personal and professional life.

Currently, Florie Mae is a full-time mother, dedicating quality time to her children while actively applying for work abroad, particularly in Singapore. She is hopeful and ready for new opportunities that will help provide a better future for her family.

She is confident in taking care of newborns and young children, with hands-on experience in feeding, bathing, changing clothes, preparing meals, and engaging them in age-appropriate learning activities. Krizelle Dagdagan De Guzman is a 25-year-old single mother with a heart full of dreams and a deep sense of responsibility. She was born and raised in the quiet province of Banayoyo, Ilocos Sur, the third child in a large family of 3 siblings—one brother and two sisters—Krizelle grew up in a modest household where hard work and sacrifice were part of everyday life. Her father, now 66, continues to work as a carpenter, while her mother, 58, serves as a domestic worker in Singapore—a path Krizelle herself now hopes to follow.

Krizelle finished her secondary education at Banayoyo National High School in 2017. Not long after, she became a mother to a beautiful daughter, who is now eight years old. Raising her child on her own taught Krizelle not only how to care for young children but also how to manage a household with patience, love, and strength—qualities that would later shape her career.

In 2022, she began working as a domestic helper for a Filipino family living in a two-storey, four-bedroom home. The household consisted of a couple, their two young children aged 7 and 5, and the husband’s 80-year-old mother, who, though mobile, still needed occasional assistance. The family employed two helpers, and Krizelle, as a stay-out helper, took on the responsibility of general housekeeping—cleaning, doing the laundry, ironing—as well as helping care for the children and assisting the elderly woman with her needs. She worked for the family until 2024.

During weekends from 2023 to 2024, Krizelle worked part-time as a sales lady in a local grocery store. This role helped her develop customer service skills and further sharpen her ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Despite her busy schedule, Krizelle remains focused on improving herself. She is set to complete the Domestic Work NC II certification through TESDA, including a week of in-house private training in Manila. This program will enhance her skills in household cleaning, laundry, ironing, and hygiene and safety protocols—making her even more prepared to work abroad.

Rizel Somiano Turbolencia, a 29-year-old resident of Caramoran, Catanduanes, is a woman shaped by sacrifice, love for her family, and a strong desire to succeed despite life’s many challenges.

Born as the fifth child among 11 siblings—6 brothers and 5 sisters—Rizel grew up in a humble household where values like hard work and resilience were learned early. Her mother, now 61, has always been a devoted housewife, while her father, who has since passed away, was a hardworking man who did his best to provide for their large family.

Rizel's journey in education was marked by determination. She completed her secondary education at Caramoran School of Fisheries in 2014. With dreams of building a stable future, she enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration program. Unfortunately, after reaching her second year in college, financial constraints forced her to stop pursuing her degree. Although unable to finish her college education, Rizel never lost her will to move forward.

Instead of giving up, she redirected her energy into working and supporting her own growing family. Rizel is now a loving mother to two children, aged 8 and 7, and lives with her common-law partner. Being a mother has become one of her greatest motivators. Despite the responsibilities at home, she has never stopped working to create a better life for her children.

Her domestic work experience began,

PHILIPPINES (June 2016 Feb 2017), while studying, Rizel took on a job as a maid for a Filipino family to help support her schooling. She lived in a two-storey home with a couple and their two older children and managed house cleaning, cooking, and laundry. PHILIPPINES (Dec 2022 - June 2023), she again worked as a domestic helper for another Filipino household, this time taking care of all general housework in a bungalow home with a couple and their adult child. These roles not only gave her hands-on experience in household management but also sharpened her skills in cooking, cleaning, and time management.

In May 2024, Rizel started working as a Barangay Worker in her local community. This role, although part-time, has given her a sense of service and connection to the people around her. When she's not at work, Rizel devotes her time to raising her children, managing household chores, and preparing for a potential job opportunity overseas in Singapore.

Rizel considers herself highly capable in home management—from cooking simple Filipino dishes, cleaning, and doing laundry to caring for children, gardening, and even pet care. As a mother, she knows the importance of patience, nurturing, and being attentive—skills she carries into any job she takes.

Her story is one of quiet strength—a woman who had to pause her education but never her dreams, who balances the roles of a mother, worker, and caregiver with grace. Rhovie Ann Soliva Cecilio is a 24-year-old single Filipina from Banayoyo, Ilocos Sur. She is the eldest of two siblings in a hardworking family. Her father, 46, works as a carpenter, while her 45-year-old mother is currently employed as a domestic worker in Singapore. Inspired by her mother’s dedication, Rhovie Ann wishes to follow in her footsteps and work overseas to help support her family.

She completed her secondary education at Banayoyo National High School in 2023. Although she has not yet worked as a domestic helper abroad, Rhovie Ann has valuable local work experience.

2019 to 2021, she worked as a hotel cleaner, where she was responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting with housekeeping tasks. She also worked briefly as a Globe SIM card dealer from October to December 2021 and had earlier experience as a canteen crew member from 2015 to 2016.

At present, she stays at home helping with household chores while waiting for her application in Singapore to be processed. Though she has no backgournd of taking care of children at work . She is confident in her ability to care for children based on personal experience looking after her nieces and nephew. She is capable of feeding, bathing, preparing school items, supervising playtime, and ensuring the children’s safety and comfort.

Rhovie Ann is skilled in general housekeeping, such as cleaning, organizing, laundry, and ironing. She enjoys cooking and is confident in preparing a variety of Filipino dishes. She is also open and eager to learn new cuisines from other cultures. In addition, she is willing to do gardening, wash cars, and care for pets.

Once selected, Rhovie Ann will undergo one week of in-house private training in Manila (accredited by TESDA), followed by an OWWA seminar. After completing these requirements, she will be processed for an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) before deployment to her employer.
