She also prepared meals for the children based on their preferences, such as steamed broccoli, adobo, fried rice, sushi, california maki rolls, and sandwiches. In addition to childcare, Marilag handled general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing. She would prepare variety of Chinese, Asian, and Filipino dishes, such as curry, beef stew, stir-fried noodles, dumplings, spring rolls, adobo, tofu, sweet and sour pork, wontons, egg rolls, and more. Her responsibilities also extended to occasional grocery shopping and car washing. She completed her contract.

Apr 2016 - Apr 2019 - Hong Kong - For a Filipino family of four residing in a 3-bedroom HDB flat, where she had her own room. The household consisted of two adults and two children, aged 9 and 12. Her responsibilities included full childcare, such as preparing school lunchboxes, sending the children to the school bus, accompanying them to playdates, and assisting with their daily routines. She was also in charge of general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. Marilag loves cooking, and preparing variety of dishes including Western meals such as mashed potatoes, steak, pancakes, chicken wings, and salads, as well as Filipino and Asian favorites like adobo, soups, spring rolls, sesame chicken, egg rolls and more.
