Juneti is an Indonesian ex-Malaysia maid born on 15 April 1992 in Panjang. She has four siblings and her home address is in Bandar Lampung.

She has worked in Singapore from 2022 to 2025 with three different families. Her first employment was with a Malay family where she took care of children and elderly members, serving a total of six people in the household. She then worked with a Chinese family, taking care of a 90-year-old elderly woman while also doing general housework. Her most recent employment was with an Indian family, where she was responsible for elderly care and household chores. Through these experiences, she has gained good exposure and skills in elderly care, childcare, general housework, and simple cooking, particularly Indian food. She can communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

She is also experienced in elderly care, having taken care of a cancer patient, assisting with daily needs, basic care, and ensuring comfort, while also caring for a young child at the same time.
