Off-day

Mar 2021 to Oct 2023 - Saudi Arabia. For a Muslim family of 4 , with 2 adults and 2 children. Stayed in a landed Two-story house with 4 bedroom, plus and her own room, as a domestic helper. Responsibilities included general housekeeping such as cleaning, washing dishes, vacuuming, laundry, and ironing. Assisted in grocery shopping and meal preparation, cooking dishes like spaghetti, fried chicken, chicken adobo, fresh green salad, pasta in white sauce and cooks according to their preferences or following a recipe plan. Provided childcare, ages 3 and a baby being conceived at that time she arrived, her employer's wife was 5 months pregnant. Liberty took care of the newborn this includes bathing, changing diaper, dressing, feeding, putting child to sleep and supervising the children (newborn and 3 years old). Performed additional tasks such as car washing, gardening. Contract ended upon completion.

Liberty has a deep passion for cooking Filipino dishes, dishes such as spaghetti, fried chicken, adobo, pancit, spring roll, fried rice, menudo, sinigang, pakbet, seafood inihaw, menudo and the likes. She bakes chocolate cake, cookies, muffins, and cupcakes.
