Maricel Sumagaysay is a Filipino domestic helper who has been working in Singapore since April 2016. Maricel completed a 2-year college course in Hotel and Restaurant Service in the Philippines, which helped her develop strong household management, caregiving skilld. Her main responsibility was caring for a 10-month-old baby. Although she only worked with the family for 6 weeks, she performed her duties diligently and responsibly.

Her second employer was an Australian family consisting of 5 adults. Her main duties included general house cleaning, cooking, and pet care. Maricel was responsible for walking the dog daily, bathing the dog, and feeding all the pets. During that period, she independently managed and took care of the household and the family’s needs.

Her third employer was a German family consisting of 2 adults, a 3-year-old child, and a newborn baby. Maricel worked with this family for 7 years and became a trusted part of the household. She eventually completed her employment when the family relocated back to Germany permanently.

Her fourth employer was also a German family consisting of 2 adults and 1 infant. Her main duties included infant care, housekeeping, and cooking. Maricel worked with this family for 1 year and provided dedicated care and support to the household.

She is completing her contract with the family. Her employer will be leaving Singapore for a couple of months, therefore they no longer require her service.

Maricel is good in cooking Western food and simple Chinese dishes. She also knows how to bake, do hand sewing, and ride a bicycle.

With 10 years of experience working in Singapore, Maricel has gained valuable experience in childcare, housekeeping, and managing household duties. She is known to be hardworking, patient, trustworthy, and committed to supporting her family through her work.
