Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) condition which is a long-lasting disorder in which a person experiences uncontrollable and recurring thoughts (obsessions), engages in repetitive behaviors (compulsions), or both. It was not made known to her about the condition and she tried working for them for close to 4 months. Nobody talks closely to her and as such she feels issues to continue working for them. Hence, they have agreed to transfer her to another employer.
