Her main duties included cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking,  grocery shopping. Ethelyn would plan the meas and can prepare dishes like beef stew, pasta bolognese, chicken briyani, green salad, baked salmon, mashed potato, roasted vegetables, beef steak, hummus, tzaziki, fried rice, stir fry vegetables and at times, her employers would send her some recipes to follow.  Her employers have relocated and so Ethelyn is immediately available. Dec 2020 to June 2024 and June 2024 to June 2025 for the same  Australian/British family with children then aged 6y and 8y in a condo. Her main duties were childcare, cleaning, cooking, childcare. Ethelyn used to pick the kids from school, prepare breakfast/uniforms; manage the cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking for the kids like fried rice, mapo tofu, chicken curry, stir fry vegetables, sandwiches, home made burger patties, roast chicken. She also managed the cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping for basic items etc. Her employers relocated and she was recommended to their friend, the Belgian family.

May 2019 to Dec 2020 - Ethelyn was employed by a Chinese family in Singapore with an 8 months old baby in an HDB. Her duties included cleaning, cooking, newborn care, pet care for a dog poodle, a chihuahus. Her lady employer was the main one to care for the baby but she still helped to care for the baby like bathing, play with the baby, change diapers etc; she also walked the dog twice a day. She cooked Chinese sishes mostly.  The employers moved back to China following a divorce and so Ethelyn transferred.

Mar 2018 to April 2019 - She worked in Singapore for a British- Indian family with kids ged 10 and 14 in a Condo. Her main duties were cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing and assisting in cook as employer does the cooking. She left due to a personal family emergency.
