Being the eldest child in the family, Marjorie learned to be responsible and hardworking at a young age.

She completed her secondary education at Banayoyo National High School in 2015. She was able to study until her third year in college but was unable to complete her degree due to financial difficulties within the family. Despite this challenge, Marjorie remained determined to support her child and family by seeking employment and gaining work experience.

Marjorie has both domestic and non-domestic work experience that has helped her develop valuable skills in household management and caregiving. Currently, she is working as a cashier in a grocery store, a position she has held since February 2020 while patiently waiting for an opportunity to work abroad in Singapore.

In addition to her local employment, Marjorie also gained experience working as a household helper in the Philippines.

From 2015 to 2018, she was employed by a Filipino family living in a three-bedroom bungalow house with a couple, a 69-year-old female elder who was bedridden, and two children aged 13 and 8. The household had two helpers, and Marjorie’s main responsibility was to care for the elderly woman. Her duties included assisting with personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, administering medication, and ensuring the elder’s comfort and safety at all times. There were two helpers in the household, and Marjorie’s primary responsibility was caring for the infant. She focused on the baby’s daily needs such as feeding, bathing, changing clothes, and ensuring the baby’s safety and comfort. When the baby was asleep, she would assist in supervising the older child and help with tasks such as washing and organizing the baby’s clothes. She understands the importance of providing proper attention, care, and a safe environment for children. She is capable of feeding, bathing, grooming, and engaging children in play and learning activities that support their development.

Marjorie can cook simple Filipino dishes and is eager to learn how to prepare other cuisines to suit her future employer’s preferences. She is willing to follow recipes and instructions carefully. She is also willing to assist with car washing, pet care, and gardening.

Marjorie is known to be hardworking, patient, and eager to learn. Her determination to support her child and family motivates her to work diligently and responsibly. Upon selection, she will undergo a one-week in-house private training in Manila accredited by TESDA, followed by an OWWA orientation seminar before the processing of her Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment.

With her caregiving experience, strong sense of responsibility, and sincere dedication to her work, Marjorie hopes to be given the opportunity to serve a kind and understanding employer and contribute positively to their household.

She is able to cook Myanmar food and is willing to learn to cook new dishes. She can speak Fair English.

She can work in Landed House and can work with other helper for new employer.

She is willing to look after young children or elderly. She also has own experience taking care her own child since her child are born

Currently she is looking for new employer and can come in Singapore upon confirmation.
