FRANCIA SINOGBA LIBATO is a 36-year-old Filipino applicant seeking employment as a Domestic Worker and Caregiver. In addition to caregiving duties, she managed household chores such as cleaning the house, washing and ironing clothes, cooking, and maintaining overall cleanliness and orderliness of the home.
