Oct 2024 to October 2025 - for a Chinese family in a 2 storey landed property with 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. There are 3 adults including an 85y old man and 5 older children aged 12, 13, 17, 20, 22. Her responsibilities included complete house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping , carwash occasionally and cooking. She would pick up the 12yr old from school, prepare lunch boxes for the two younger kids, prepare beakfast for the four kids like noodle, pasta bolognese, toasts with sunnyside up, egg sandwiches, stir fried celery with egg with toast bread and fresh tomatoes for the grandpa. Mary Ann also looks after a big dog that runs around the big garden so she just feeds him and sometimes cooks dog food too; weeding the garden, cultivating the soil, watering the plants, grass cutting. Prepared daily meals including dishes such as bakute, sweet and sour pork, chicken teriyaki, pasta, and stir-fried vegetables. Dinner would be 3-4 dishes like steamed fish, stir fry broccoli with bee, baby kailan, beehoon, chicken teriyaki, mashed potato, pork stew and sometimes her employers would be the one to cook meals. She is able to manage the all chores during this one year but would like to transfer and work in a smaller house.
