Marivic's journey began with a strong foundation in education. She completed her secondary schooling at Don Eulogio De Guzman Memorial National High School in 2001, and pursued a degree in Bachelor in Industrial Technology at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, graduating in 2005. After working briefly as a production operator from 2005 to 2008, she made the brave decision to work overseas in hopes of securing a better future for her family.

In September 2008, Marivic first set foot in Singapore as a domestic helper. Her first employment was with a kind Singaporean couple in their 60s, living in a spacious 5-bedroom landed property. Though both were mobile and independent, they entrusted Marivic with keeping their home spotless, managing the laundry, assisting with marketing, and helping with cooking. Her sincerity and attention to detail made her a trusted part of the household. There, she was entrusted with the care of their 8-month-old baby, a task she carried out with gentle hands and a warm heart. Alongside her childcare duties, she handled daily household chores and even took on car washing — a testament to her versatility and willingness to go the extra mile.

In April 2013, Marivic began her longest and most fulfilling employment with a Mauritian family in Singapore. Marivic became more than just a helper — she was a dependable presence in the children's lives. She carefully balanced household management, childcare, and even pet care, as the family had two dogs she cared for dearly. Her ability to prioritize tasks and keep the home running smoothly earned the family’s trust and respect over more than a decade of loyal service. Her maternal instinct, combined with her professional experience, makes her a reliable caregiver. She enjoys preparing Filipino and Chinese dishes and has basic knowledge of Indian and Western cuisines. She’s always eager to learn and can easily follow new recipes, showing great enthusiasm for improving her skills in the kitchen.

Now back in the Philippines, Marivic is preparing for her next opportunity abroad. While waiting for her new employer, she spends her days managing her home and staying connected with her family.

Dwi completed her high school education and speaks a little English. In addition to childcare, she also handled general household chores such as cleaning, cooking Chinese food, and laundry. Dwi is experienced in child care, housework, and basic cooking, and is eager to continue working abroad to support her future.
