Her gardening duties involved tending to fruit-bearing plants such as papaya, tomatoes, avocado, mulberry, lemon, and pomelo, as well as cultivating sweet potatoes. She also handled laundry, ironing, and maintained overall household cleanliness and organization. Her employment ended earlier following the arrival of an additional helper.

Oct 2015 to Oct 2017 - Kuwait. For an Arab family residing in a four-storey landed property with 10 bedrooms. She shared responsibilities with five other helpers and served a household comprising two adults and three children aged 8, 6, and 2, along with one co-helper assigned to the same family. The entire residence accommodated six families, each supported by two helpers. Carol was primarily assigned to the communal kitchen, where she prepared meals for the entire household and not just one family. Her cooking includes dishes such as biryani, chicken stew, kebab, mulukiyah, pizza, samosa, marag, hamsa, machboos, rice, and shawarma, often accompanied by fresh salads made with tomatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers, olives, and lettuce. In addition to her cooking duties, Carol also helps in the family's living quarters making sure they were clean, well-organized, and efficiently maintained. She also provided consistent support for the family's daily needs.
