Rachel Mendoza is a 35-year-old Filipino domestic helper with Middle East experience in housekeeping and childcare. Her main responsibilities included cleaning the house, doing laundry, ironing clothes, mopping and tidying the entire house. Rachel was the only helper and was tasks to childcare duties as well.  

Rachel assisted them in their daily hygiene routine, specially the boy-twin who still needs help to be toilet trained. She would also prepare their lunchboxes for school and pack snacks.
