After a year, the employer’s wife gave birth, and she cared for the newborn in addition to caring for the older children. Her duties included changing diapers, feeding, bathing, putting the children and newborn to sleep, and general housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking. She prepared Chinese dishes such as steamed meat and fish, fried rice, stir fry and soup noodles, sweet and sour pork, fried fish, congee, bak kut teh, steamed dishes, herbal soup, and lotus root soup, as well as other dishes according to the employer’s preferences. She finished her contract.

Oct 2010 to Dec 2010. For a Chinese family in a 5-room HDB consisting of two adults, a 6-year-old boy, and 2-year-old twins. During her employment, she was assigned to work in another 3-bedroom HDB, and she subsequently returned to the agency to request a transfer as she cannot fit with the employer's household arrangement.
