Her duties are to get the boys ready for school like preparing and helping the youngest get dressed, prepare their water bottles, send/fetch them to school, bring them to the playground or the pool and supervise them, prepare their snacks etc. Her male employer mainly prepare the family lunch and dinner and Norma is asked to cook on weekends. She would prepare 3-4 meals like steamed fish, stir fry vegetables, garlic butter prawns, braised pork/chicken, steamed egg with minced pork, stir fry beef with brocooli, pan fry salmon with vegetables, beehon, chicken curry, roast chicken; she also makes banana cake, cheese cake, cookies She also mainly does the managed the cleaning of the spacious 3 bedroom condo, cleaning, laundry, ironing and grocery shopping.
