Margie completed her secondary education at San Antonio National High School in 2001. Raising a large family has shaped Margie into a nurturing, responsible, and resilient woman who has always prioritized the well-being and future of her children above all else. SAUDI ARABIA (March 2021 - Aug 2022), Margie accepted a job, working for an Arab family with three children12,8 and an 8 month old infant. As the sole helper, she took on the full responsibilities of managing the household, assisting in cooking, and caring for the children—especially the baby.

SAUDI ARABIA (August 2022 - August 2025), she was again hired by an Arab family. She worked in a household with a couple and 3 children 11, 4 and 8 month old infant. Her duties remained consistent: cleaning, cooking support, and full-time childcare. Her employers trusted her not only for her work ethic but also for the care and attention she gave to the children. She is confident in her abilities, particularly in infant care, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized home. She can cook a variety of Filipino dishes and has also learned to prepare simple Arabic meals. Margie is eager to expand her skills, especially in cooking, and is comfortable following recipes to learn new cuisines.

Now back in the Philippines, Margie continues to work hard to support her family. She currently helps her husband by selling vegetables, home-cooked food, and ready-to-wear (RTW) clothing in their local community. This small livelihood has become another way for her to contribute to the household income while being physically present for her children.

Margie’s motivation for working abroad has always been clear: to give her children a better life and secure their education. Every job she takes is a step toward her dream of seeing her children finish their studies and live with greater opportunities. Her work experiences are;

Philippines (2009 to 2011) as an all-around helper for a Filipino family living in 2 bedroom condo. There, she took care of a 70-year-old woman with hypertension and diabetes, managing household chores while also assisting the elder with her daily activities, grooming, and medications. This experience laid the foundation for her deep understanding of elderly care.

In 2011, she made the difficult but necessary decision to work overseas to provide a better life for her young son. Working in a large 8-bedroom mansion alongside 4 other Filipino domestic workers. Her responsibilities were diverse—cleaning, laundry, cooking, and even car washing—all of which she performed with care and attention to detail.

Qatar (Apr 2023 - Apr 2025), this time employed as a hospital cleaner, where she also assisted nurses with basic patient needs.

Through all of this, Salvacion never wavered in her commitment to her family. Despite the demands of her responsibilities, she remains hopeful and determined, currently awaiting an opportunity to work in Singapore.

Salvacion is not only experienced in household management, childcare, and elderly care—she is also eager to learn and grow. She enjoys cooking, particularly Filipino dishes and desserts, and is always open to learning new cuisines and customs.

Sheryl’s most extensive domestic work experience was in Qatar (2015-2018), where she was employed by a Filipino family living in a three-bedroom apartment. Her interests extend to gardening, pet care, cleaning, car washing, and elderly care, showcasing her versatility and willingness to learn new skills.

Currently, Sheryl dedicates her days to her children and household chores and selling food while actively seeking employment opportunities abroad, particularly in Singapore. She is motivated by her desire to provide her children with better educational opportunities and a brighter future. Despite the cultural differences and the new environment, Laarni adjusted quickly and carried out her responsibilities with dedication. Although her contract ended earlier than expected,she left with valuable overseas experience and a deeper understanding of working in a foreign household.

Through both her local and overseas employment, Laarni has proven to be a reliable, capable, and nurturing domestic worker. She is especially confident in caring for young children and performing all-around household tasks. Then she took a bold step to work abroad in SAUDI ARABIA (December 2024 - August 2025) , where she served an Arab family in a large 11-bedroom, 3-storey household. Her responsibilities included general housework, car washing, and assisting in the care of two children aged 10 and 2.

Currently, Adelyn is at home in the Philippines, caring for her own children and managing household duties while waiting for the final processing of her job application to Singapore. Her goal is to continue working overseas to provide a better future for her family.

Adelyn takes great pride in her abilities. She is highly skilled in household cleaning, organizing, and cooking—especially Filipino dishes. She is also open and willing to care for the elderly if given the opportunity. Before her deployment, Adelyn will undergo a one-week In-House Private Training in Manila, accredited by TESDA, followed by an OWWA seminar, as part of the standard process before receiving her Overseas Employment Certificate.
