She also maintained the outdoor areas by gardening, tending to palm and banana trees, cleaning the surroundings, and managing various plants. In addition, she cared for the family’s pet dog, a poodle and handled vehicle washing. She prepared a variety of meals including steamed fish, pancit bihon, braised pork, bak kut teh, stir-fried vegetables, steamed okra, congee, tofu, and other family favorites. Jeromy is also able to prepare other dishes by following recipes.  Her employment ended when the family relocated to Australia.

She also swept the garden and car washing twice a week, cleaning the pool twice a month ( vacuuming the floor, putting chlorine and surface skimming of leaves). She worked for almost two years and transferred.

Aug 2016 to Aug 2019 - for a British family with 2 children  then aged 6y and 7y living in a 3 storey house. Arlyn would get them ready for school, send them to extra school activities, play with them, read storybooks, babysitting, bringing them to playdates or send to sleepovers. She managed daily housekeeping including  cleaning, laundry handling, cooking, grocery shopping and ironing. The family relocated and she transferred. A written recommendation can be provided.

Aug 2014 to Aug 2016 - for a British family of 4 adults living in a 3 storey house. She managed the cleaning, laundry , ironing, grocery shopping and cooking. The family loved to have salads (couscos, quinoa, green salad with burrata etc) , guacamole on toast,  lasagna, barbeque and bolognese. for their meals.   The family relocated and a recommendation letter can be provided.

Sept 2009 to Aug 2014 - for a British family with two kids then aged 7y and 12y living in a 3 storey house with their dog, a labrador.   Maintained entire house cleanliness including laundry and ironing routines and also walking the dog twice a day. Managed grocery shopping and cooked dishes like lasagna, bolognese, chicken rice, soups, and barbeque for British employers. The family relocated and she transferred. Jan 2006 to Sept 2009 - for a Chinese with children aged 9y, 14 and 17 living in a 2 storey house with their dog, a golden retriever.   Handled full housekeeping responsibilities including detailed cleaning, laundry cycles, and ironing for the family. Conducted grocery shopping and prepared meals including chicken rice, soups, and noodles. She walked the dog once a day. She worked for more than two years and she transferred.

May 2025 to Oct 2025 for an Indian -vegetarian family with a 13y old twin boy and girl living in a condo. Her duties for the twins are to prepare breakfast, school uniforms and packs fruits for them as they are independent. She also cleaning, laundry, ironing and cooking. Her employer would give her recipes to follow like carrot rice, tomato rice, stir fired okra,  stir fry broccoli & baby corn with chili, green dal, pulau.   Employer thinks they don't need a full time help.

Jan 2025 to end May 2025 for a vegetarian Indian family with 2 children aged 5y and 9y  living in a condo. She also manages the housework chores like cleaning, laundry, ironing, preparing grocery list for her employer to order or she goes to the grocery when needed. Brenda can plan the meals but would ask her lady employer what they wish to have and can prepare meals like rasam, rajma chole, palak paneer, chana, stir fry brinjal with urad, dal, poha, paneer bhurji, dosa, idli, chapati, tomato chutney, pumpkin poori, paratha with some onions, matar paneer.  

July 2024 to Jan 2025 for a Chinese family with 5y twins living in a 3 storey house with their 2 cats and 4 small dogs. She also managed the cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking. Brenda would prepare 3-4 dishes for dinner like steamed fish, stir fry vegetables with meat, soup ( chicken soup, bakuteh, pork ribs soup etc), beehoon, braised pork, pan fry salmon with vegetables, fried rice, pasta carbonara or pesto or pumpkin pasta (pureed pumpkin as sauce). Her employers were undergoing a separation and she asked to leave.  

Sept 2022 to June 2024 for an Indian family with a then 7y  son living in a 4 bedroom condo.   Her duties were to cook, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing and cleaning.   She prepare meals like chicken pulao, mutton /chicken /curry, mutton keema, roti ,aloo paratha, dal, idli, sambhar, upma, fish/egg curry etc. Brenda was released early as the family will not be needing a helper for a couple of months.  

November 2019 to Sept 2022  for an Indian family who lived in a condo with their 2 daughters then aged 11y & 17 when she started work. Her duties were mainly meal preparation for the family as the children are independent,  general housework and cooking,. Brenda has learned to make Indian food like paneer, curried vegetables, yogurt, chutney, idli, rajma, chana dal, aloo prata, chapati, sambar, potato curry, vegetarian pizza etc. She also does the grocery or making the list , cleaning up, laundry, ironing and sometimes washing car.  The family relocated to Canada thus she transferred.

Sept 2019 to Nov 2019  for a Chinese family mainly cooking and housekeeping of her employer's landed property. There was just 2 adults at home including an old lady but they were not getting along.

Sept 2016 to Sept 2019 for a Chinese family with an 8y old twins; the family lived in a condo. Her duties were general housework such cleaning, laundry, ironing, going to the market and cooking.
