Kirsty completed her secondary education at Lagao National High School in 2003 and pursued a two-year vocational course in Nursing Aide at Southpoint College of Arts and Technology, which she completed in 2006. This training laid the foundation for her interest and ability in caregiving—something she has carried into both her domestic and professional roles. Through these roles, Kirsty developed strong communication skills, reliability, and discipline—qualities that transitioned well into her domestic work.

PHILIPPINES (2008 – 2009). She was hired by a local family living in a two-storey, four-bedroom home, where she worked alongside another helper. Together, they managed all-around household chores and provided care for a 3-year-old child. Kirsty also assisted in her employer’s family-run spa business, showing her flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks.

SINGAPORE (May 2021 – May 2023) Kirsty took her skills abroad and began working in Singapore. She was entrusted to care for an 85-year-old Chinese-Singaporean woman with dementia, living in a five-room HDB flat. Kirsty became her daily companion and caregiver—assisting with hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities. Alongside caregiving, she performed full housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishwashing, and cooking.

Her experiences have made her confident and capable in caring for both the elderly and young children. Kirsty approaches each role with patience, kindness, and attention to detail.

Kirsty is skilled in cooking both Filipino and basic Chinese dishes and is eager to learn more recipes and foreign cuisines. She is also open to handling other household duties like gardening, car washing, and pet care if needed.

With her warm personality, strong sense of duty, and wide range of caregiving and household management skills, Kirsty Jane De Tomas is ready to become a trustworthy and dependable addition to any household.

Despite not finishing her degree, Czarina remained determined to contribute to her family’s needs. Over the years, she gained valuable work experience in various fields. She worked for a household living in a 3-bedroom bungalow, which included a couple, an elderly 80-year-old woman, and a 9-year-old child. As an all-around helper, Czarina managed various household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and assisting the elderly woman in her daily activities. Working as a stay-out helper required her to be highly responsible and independent. This experience gave her valuable hands-on exposure to elderly care—something she grew to love and hopes to continue in her future employment. This role helped enhance her communication skills, patience, and ability to work independently in a virtual setting. She is confident in feeding, bathing, dressing, and attending to children's daily routines, including engaging them in educational activities.

In the kitchen, Czarina is skilled in preparing Filipino dishes and is open to learning foreign cuisines. Her flexibility, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow make her a reliable and adaptable worker in any household.

Today, Czarina is spending time with her children while preparing for a new opportunity abroad. She is currently applying for a position in Singapore, where she hopes to continue her work as a caregiver or domestic helper. Once selected, she is ready to undergo a two-week in-house private training accredited by TESDA, followed by the OWWA seminar and POEA processing for deployment.

Lizamay Gudio Guno, a 43-year-old Filipino, is a hardworking and family-oriented woman who has dedicated much of her life to providing care and service both for her family and her employers.

Lizamay completed her secondary education at Barotac Viejo National High School in 1999. Shortly after, she began her working life, gaining valuable experience across various fields. From 1999 to 2004, she worked as a factory worker, where she learned the value of discipline and teamwork. Later, from 2015 to 2017, she was employed as a hospital staff member in the dietary department, where she developed skills in food preparation and nutrition. From 2018 to 2019, she also worked as a service crew, further broadening her work experience and interpersonal skills.

Her dedication and determination led her to seek overseas employment for the benefit of her family. Lizamay’s experience as a domestic helper in Singapore has made her a well-rounded and capable household worker.

Annaliza completed her secondary education at Pasay City South High School in 2002. She then pursued a degree in Elementary Education at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasay, where she successfully graduated in 2006. At present, she is working as an on-call cleaner while awaiting her application for employment in Singapore.

Annaliza has also gained valuable overseas domestic work experience as follows:

Kuwait (November 2018 – December 2020)
She served a Kuwaiti family living in a 4-bedroom, 4-storey house consisting of four adults, a 94-year-old elderly woman with diabetes, and a 10-month-old baby. The employer hired two helpers, and Annaliza worked cooperatively with the other maid in managing the household chores and assisting in baby care. Her duties included general cleaning, laundry, cooking, and caring for both the baby and elderly family member. Annaliza was the sole helper. She shared a room with the elderly and was responsible for releasing the catheter and turning her every two hours. She also attended to the needs of the male adult and managed the household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and other daily tasks.

Annaliza is confident in taking care of newborns and young children. She is skilled in preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing clothes, and engaging children in educational and recreational activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.

With her domestic experience both locally and abroad, she has become proficient in all-around household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, ironing, dishwashing, and cooking. She is excellent in preparing Filipino dishes and is very eager to learn and adapt to other foreign cuisines when given the opportunity.

Cherry Mae completed her secondary education at Peñaranda Senior High School under the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand in 2020. Guided by her strong interest in care work, she later completed a Caregiving coursein 2025. She also gained solid experience as a caregiver and household worker. Her responsibilities included household chores, food preparation, mobility assistance, and ensuring the elder’s comfort and safety.

Cherry Mae is also keen and confident in elderly care, supported by her on-the-job training at St. Raphael Medical Foundation, where she handled elderly patients and assisted with their daily needs.

While she has no formal employment history in childcare, she is confident and capable of looking after children of various ages.

In addition to caregiving, Cherry Mae is skilled in Filipino cooking, able to follow recipes well, and eager to learn new cuisines. She is capable in childcare, elderly care, cleaning, pet care, car washing, and enjoys gardening.

She is presently seeking employment while waiting for her overseas application to be considered in Singapore. Cherry Mae’s dedication, strong work ethic, and genuine care for others make her a promising candidate for household and caregiving roles abroad.
