She completed her secondary education at Palayan National High School in 2005 and later pursued a course in Computer Programming, reaching her first year before needing to shift focus. She then completed a Caregiving course, driven by her natural inclination to care for others—skills that would later prove essential both in her personal and professional life.

Her work experiences are;

Philippines (2009 to 2011) as an all-around helper for a Filipino family living in 2 bedroom condo. There, she took care of a 70-year-old woman with hypertension and diabetes, managing household chores while also assisting the elder with her daily activities, grooming, and medications. This experience laid the foundation for her deep understanding of elderly care.

In 2011, she made the difficult but necessary decision to work overseas to provide a better life for her young son. Working in a large 8-bedroom mansion alongside 4 other Filipino domestic workers. Her responsibilities were diverse—cleaning, laundry, cooking, and even car washing—all of which she performed with care and attention to detail.

Qatar (Apr 2023 - Apr 2025), this time employed as a hospital cleaner, where she also assisted nurses with basic patient needs.

Through all of this, Salvacion never wavered in her commitment to her family. Despite the demands of her responsibilities, she remains hopeful and determined, currently awaiting an opportunity to work in Singapore.

Salvacion is not only experienced in household management, childcare, and elderly care—she is also eager to learn and grow. She enjoys cooking, particularly Filipino dishes and desserts, and is always open to learning new cuisines and customs.

Her story is one of self-sacrifice, strength, and quiet determination. Salvacion Caballero Villanueva continues to move forward, one step at a time, carrying with her the values of family, responsibility, and hard work—qualities that define not just her past, but also her future.
