Working Experience and Main Duties

From 2016 to 2019, Muarifah worked for an Indonesian family in her home country. During this time, her main responsibilities included taking care of a newborn baby and handling general household chores.

Her duties covered a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, cooking Indonesian meals, laundry, and maintaining the cleanliness of the home. This experience has equipped her with essential skills in infant care and general housework.

She has no experience as a helper but willing tolearn more new things.

She has experience in Indonesia take care for children, do all general housework and cooking.

And she also had her maid employment experienced as follows;

1. She worked as an all-around helper doing household chores, cooking, assist the needs of the children. She served the family 3 years. SHE has a good working attitude. She is humble and has a good personality, suitable for taking care of infants, toddlers, and young Children.
She can understand and speak English.

She knows how to prepare and cook variety of Filipino dishes adobo, sinigang, paksiw, tinola and a lot more. She is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.

She can do all around worked like child care housekeeping, cooking, laundry and marketing. She also did the walking of the dogs and grooming, bathing and feeding.

After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.

Experiences

3 months (Sep 2014 – Dec 2014) as a helper in Hong Kong

Jecean worked in a condo with 2-bedrooms, a toilet, living room and small kitchen for a Chinese family of 3 with a 3-month-old, and she looked after her welfare. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, marketing, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and experiences.

Returns home, looks after her family welfare, works as food vendor, and seek new job opportunities.

Cooking                   

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In Hong Kong, she prepared and cooked basic Chinese dishes.

Childcare

She is keen to look after children / infants, and she looks after her own since birth. In Hong Kong, she prepared her milk and fed her, washed and sterilized feeding bottles, bathed and changed her soiled clothes and diapers, accompanied her for sunshine and relaxation, kept company and soothed her to sleep.  

Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.

Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets and back home, she grooms and feed a Labrador and Shih Tzu, and two cats, keep clean the pet areas.

Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.
