She is responsible, resourceful, and motivated to work for the future of her family. She carries herself with maturity and has a strong desire to provide a stable and better life for her child. The family lived in a bungalow house with 3 rooms and 3 toilets. She worked together with another helper whose primary responsibility was cooking. During her employment, she focused on maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the entire house, including daily general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring all common areas were tidy. In addition, she was responsible for managing household linens and ensuring they were kept clean and properly stored. She also helped care for the youngest child, ensuring the toddler’s safety and comfort while performing her tasks. Her role required coordination with the other helper to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure all household needs were consistently met. This experience helped strengthen her ability to multitask, follow routines, work as part of a team, and adapt to the varying needs of the household. As she was already well-adjusted to the family’s needs, her responsibilities became more efficient and consistent. She remained in charge of general house cleaning, ensuring that all three rooms, the living areas, kitchen, and three toilets were kept clean, sanitized, and well-organized on a daily and weekly schedule.

Her duties included managing the laundry for the entire family, handling washing, drying, folding, ironing, and properly arranging clothing and linens. She also maintained household supplies, monitored cleaning materials, and made sure essential items were always available. Since she had built a good working relationship with the other helper, they coordinated smoothly—especially when it came to dividing tasks and ensuring the household ran without interruptions. Although the other helper remained primarily responsible for cooking, she still assisted during busy days, preparing ingredients, cooking simple dishes, and helping with meal preparations when needed.

She also continued to help with the care of the youngest child, ensuring the toddler’s comfort, safety, and daily routine were followed. By working with the same employer for an extended period, she demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the family. Her experience during these years further enhanced her skills in housekeeping, teamwork, and time management.

Growing up in a modest rural environment, Mira learned early the importance of perseverance, humility, and family responsibility.

She completed her secondary education at Don Eulogio de Guzman Memorial National High School in 2015. While waiting for her application to be selected in Singapore, Mira is currently working as a helper for a relative, ensuring she continues to sharpen her skills while supporting her family. Mira was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their two-room bungalow home, doing the laundry, cooking, and attending to the needs of the children. This role helped her develop patience, gentle caregiving skills, and strong multitasking abilities.

January 2025 to the present, Mira has been working for a relative’s family in a two-bedroom bungalow. She cares for a 70+ year-old elderly woman who is still mobile, along with two adult family members. Her daily duties include cleaning, laundry and ironing, cooking meals, and assisting the elder with her everyday needs. This experience has strengthened her capability in elderly care, complementing her childcare experience.

Mira is confident in cooking simple Filipino dishes and is eager to learn more, including Chinese cuisine. She can follow recipes well and enjoys expanding her knowledge in the kitchen. Her skill set covers a wide range of household tasks, including childcare, elderly care, cooking, cleaning, laundry and ironing, car washing, pet care, and gardening. She is adaptable, willing to learn, and committed to providing quality service to her future employer.

Driven by her desire to support her children’s education and secure a better future for her family, Mira is very eager to work abroad again. She is available for interview via phone or video call upon request and is prepared to comply with all requirements of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for deployment.
