She loves to cook and would make vegetarian meals like fiery pinto beans, vegetarian chili, ,shakshuka, vegetable curry tomyum vegetable, baked cheesy broccoli rice Mediterranean salad or Mexican salad, pumpkin soup w/ quinoa, sweet potato galletes, zucchini ravioli, Italian pizza with vegetable toppings,tStir fry tofu w/ vegetables, vegetarian lasagna etc and can easily follow recipes.

Nov 2021 to Mar 2022 for a German family with an 18months old baby living in a condo. Her duties were to take care of the infant as well as doing all the housework and cooking as well as doing the housework. Rose can bathe an infant, change diapers, feeding milk, reading storybooks, playing with the children, cooking and planning the menu and can prepare dishes like potato rosti w/ smoked salmon, she can make burnt cheesecake, fudge brownies, pizza from scratch, lasagna meaty, roast chicken with mashed potatoes and can follow recipes.

Dec 2020 to Nov 2021 for a Chinese family who was also her first employer in Singapore. She helped to take care of her employer who was about to give birth and she helped to take care of the baby for a year as agreed and she went to home.

She knows how to bathe an infant, change nappies, prepare baby food like pureed or mashed vegetables, fruits, porridge etc; she also play with them, teaching them the alphabet, singing nursery rhymes to them etc. Rose can manage the general housework like cleaning, ironing, laundry, making the grocery, she can help tp plan the menu. She can make a variety of dishes like bulgur with mint and parsley, millet tabouleh, chicken in lettuce wraps, arrroz con pollo, minced pork with tomato sauce, stir-fry dishes, roasted chicken, pizza from scratch, sandwiches, (sloppy joe, tuna etc), she can make home-made pork or chicken sausage and can easily follow recipe books or make her own variant.
