To take good care such a huge house and huge responsibility. I believe that I have been very patience with them but after 4 yrs I want to change to a smaller family like 3-4 members only. I am hardworking , honest person this is I can guarantee you as not many of FDW here able to work for 4 yrs alone. I did this because I do not want to go home and earn nothing. /infant still than they are already grown up and not discipline kids. its hard to take good care.

As for the Cooking, I know some variety of Chinese and some Western dishes coz in my present Employer at least I cook every meal 5-6 different dishes.
