From 30 April 2024 to April 2026, Shirlinda (Linda) is working as a domestic helper in Singapore for an British family of Indian descent residing in a 2 storey condo. The household consisted of 2 adults and two older children then aged 10y and 12y when she started work. She shared the work with another helper and Linda is the one to take care of cleaning, laundry, ironing, running errands, calling the maintenance guys if there are works needed like fixing washing machine or other fixtures. Linda would cook during the weekends like sandwiches during tea time- smashed avocado chickpeas, crispy chicken sandwich, pasta bolognese, tacos, grilled chicken, salmon sushi or cucumbers, roasted chicken, pizza from scratch, palak paneer. The employer do not need two helpers now and Linda is available to start work anytime.

Dec 2018 to Dec 2019 - her employer cancelled her employment before she even stared work due to change in their circumstance but she chose to go home.

From May 2018 to Dec 2019, Shirlinda worked for a French family in Singapore, living in a condo with their 7months old and a 2y. She took care of the two children when not in school. The two kids are in school from 8 am to 3pm so she was able to manage the cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping and cooking. Linda would get the kids ready for school, play with them or bring to playground after school, reading them storybooks, bringing them to playdates during weekends. Linda would prepare shepherd's pie, pasta carbonara, ratatouille,chicken stew, cabbage rolls, baked fish. The employers relocated and she transferred.

From April 2018 to May 2018 for a Chinese male employer and his daughter , she managed the housework and cooking.

From Jan 2016 to Mar 2018, Shirlinda worked for a Chinese family with their 16y old daughter residing in a condo. Her duties included general housework, grocery shopping, and cooking Chinese and Western dishes. She completed her contract before leaving.

From Jan 2015 to Jan 2016, Shirlinda worked for a Chinese lady and her 7y old daughter, living in a condo. She handled general housework, pat care for their shih tzu, grocery shopping, and cooking, preparing Chinese and Western dishes. She left the position as the employer no longer needed a helper.

Aug 2024 to Apr 2026 for a Filipino couple of Chinese descent living in a condo. Her main duties are to cook, do the laundry, ironing, grocery shopping and running errands. Jennifer would celan their humifier once a week, cleaning the oven, windows etc. She would prepare meals like beef stew, grilled chicken, tinola (chicken soup), hot sour soup/mealballs/sotanghon soup, stir fried vegetables, adobo, green salad, pasta etc. She can transfer on the first week of April.

Jennifer used to work as a helper in the Philippines from January 2010 to May 2012. The couple has 3 children aged 7, 12 and 15 at the time she stayed with them and another elderly. She would look after the elderly and assists her by means of cooking for her, feeding, assists in dressing up and changing clothes and companionship during the day after her house work is done.

She too does took care of the kids. Jennifer would prepare for their schools things, packed meals and snacks, bathe and dress the younger ones, read bedtime stories and put them to bed. She cooks snacks like Puto or Rice Cake, Pizza Roll, Sandwiches, Pancit Beejon and other dishes such as Dinuguan, Kare-kare (Filipino curry), Chicken Buffalo wings, Pakbet, Adobo, Chicken Ala King, Stir-fry vegetables and such other dishes from cook books.

Jennifer house work includes cooking, washing dishes, doing the laundry, folding and ironing clothes, cleaning, scrubbing tiles and toilets.
